Terms of Service
1. Accepting these terms
These terms apply when you use this website or book a service with Choicy LLC, doing business as OnPoint Air Care ("OnPoint Air Care", "we", "us"). By booking, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not book through this website.
2. Who we are
OnPoint Air Care provides air duct cleaning, dryer vent cleaning, AC tune-ups and chimney sweeps for homes in Miami-Dade County, Florida. You can reach us at (704) 741-4649 or info@onpointaircare.com.
3. Services and prices
Each service and its flat price is described on its booking page. The price you book is the price for the work described there. Current prices:
- Air duct cleaning, all supply vents: $89
- Air ducts plus the dryer vent: $99
- Air ducts, dryer vent and a deodorizing treatment: $119
- AC tune-up, one system: $49
- Chimney sweep: $99
Prices can change. The price shown when you book is the one that applies to that booking.
4. Extra work
If our technician finds something that goes beyond the service you booked, they will stop, explain it and give you a separate price. Extra work is only done after you agree to that price. You are never obliged to accept it.
5. Booking, arrival windows and changes
When you book, you choose an arrival window, not an exact time. Traffic and earlier jobs can affect arrival; we will text or call you if we are running late. To reschedule or cancel, reply to your confirmation text or call (704) 741-4649, as early as you can.
6. Access to your home
Please make sure an adult (18 or older) is home for the visit, that we can reach the vents, the dryer vent, the HVAC system or the fireplace being serviced, and that pets are kept safely away from the work area. If we cannot access the work area, we may need to reschedule.
7. Payment
There is no prepayment online. You pay when the work is done, at the price you booked plus any extra work you approved.
8. Photos
We may take before and after photos of the areas we service so you can see the result. We send them to you. We do not publish photos of your home without your permission.
9. What we do not promise
Cleaning and tune-ups improve the condition of the parts we service, but we cannot promise a specific result for your health, allergies, energy bills or the life of your equipment. Existing damage, wear or defects in your system are not caused by our service, and repairing them is not included unless you approve a separate quote.
10. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim related to a service is limited to the amount you paid for that service, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest stays in effect.
11. Text messages (SMS terms)
Program: OnPoint Air Care text messages, sent by Choicy LLC.
Appointment texts (informational): messages about a booking you start or make with us: confirmations, reminders, arrival updates, before and after photos or service reports, and replies to messages you send us.
Promotional texts (optional): occasional offers and seasonal service reminders, sent only if you opt in to them separately.
How you opt in to appointment texts: by entering your mobile number in our online booking form, which shows a consent notice under the field; by checking the informational / transactional box in the chat window on our website; or by asking us to text you when you call.
How you opt in to promotional texts: only by checking the separate promotional box in the chat window on our website. That box is unchecked by default and optional.
Frequency: message frequency varies.
Cost: message and data rates may apply.
Opt out: reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts. We will confirm and send nothing more unless you opt in again.

Agreeing to receive texts is not a condition of buying any service. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your number: we never sell it or share it for marketing.

13. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Florida.
14. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The version posted here, with its effective date, is the one that applies.
