1. Who we are
This policy explains how Choicy LLC, doing business as OnPoint Air Care ("OnPoint Air Care", "we", "us"), handles personal information collected through this website and when you book or contact us. We provide air duct cleaning, dryer vent cleaning, AC tune-ups and chimney sweeps in Miami-Dade County, Florida.
2. Information we collect
- What you give us when you book: your name, mobile number, email address, service address, the service you chose and your appointment time.
- When you call or text us: your phone number, the time of the contact and what you tell us.
- When you use the chat window on our website: the name, phone number, email and messages you type into it.
- When you use the website: basic technical information such as your browser, device and the pages you visit, and, if advertising measurement is turned on, cookies and similar technologies described in section 6.
3. How we use it
- To schedule, confirm, carry out and follow up on your service.
- To contact you about your appointment by text, call or email.
- To answer your questions and keep records of the work we do.
- To understand which of our ads and pages bring in bookings, so we can improve them.
- To meet legal, tax and accounting requirements.
4. Text messages (SMS)
If you give us your mobile number when you book, check the informational box in our chat window, or ask us to text you, we send messages about your appointment: confirmations, reminders, arrival updates, and before and after photos or service reports. If you also check the separate, optional promotional box in our chat window, we may send occasional offers and seasonal service reminders. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help. Agreeing to texts is not a condition of buying any service.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent are never shared with any third party. The only companies that handle your number are the service providers that deliver our messages and run our booking system, and only to provide that service to us.
5. Phone calls
When you call us, we keep a record of the call (your number and the time) so we can call you back and track bookings.
6. Cookies and advertising measurement
We may use advertising and analytics tools, such as the Meta Pixel and Google tags, to measure which ads bring visits and bookings. These tools can set cookies and collect information about your visit. When we send booking information to an advertising platform to measure results, contact details are hashed (scrambled) first. You can limit ad tracking in your browser and device settings, and through the ad preferences of each platform.
7. Who we share information with
We share personal information only as needed to run the business:
- The technicians who carry out your service.
- Service providers that run our booking system, customer records and messaging (for example GoHighLevel and the phone carriers that deliver texts), and our website host (Vercel).
- Our marketing agency, Ionix Media, which manages this website and our advertising.
- Advertising platforms, for measurement only and in hashed form, as described in section 6.
- Authorities, when the law requires it.
Mobile numbers and SMS consent are never shared for marketing, as stated in section 4.
8. We do not sell your information
We do not sell or rent your personal information to anyone.
9. How long we keep it
We keep booking and service records for as long as we need them to serve you and to meet Florida record-keeping and tax rules. After that we delete them or stop using them.
10. Your choices
You can ask us to show you the information we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or stop texting, calling or emailing you. Call (704) 741-4649 or info@onpointaircare.com. Reply STOP to any text to stop texts right away.
11. How we protect it
We use reputable service providers and limit access to people who need it. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information.
12. Children
Our services are for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
13. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy. The version posted here, with its effective date, is the one that applies.
